Most of the hotel restaurants are open on Christmas Day to serve their guests. One of my favorites, the Huntington Hotel aka The Ritz Carlton in Pasadena.

attempt all of the chinese language places that are stable which you would be able to think of of, when you consider that there are various open on Christmas. attempt the Empress Pavillion on 988 N Hill St, Bamboo Plaza, 2d floor, la, CA.
