yeah 130-145 ( the higher being fine if you are muscular)

I can't totally say, because of my whole "you're beautiful in every way imaginable, and so is everyone else on Earth" beliefs. But a healthy weight is around 115-125. You can stay this way by eating healthy and staying active. Also, stressing demands your body to store fat. Be at peace with yourself, meditating and praying helps. I like taking long, warm, candlelit baths and afterwards having a warm, hearty dinner with my honey.

Probably around 130lbs.

talk to your doc but i would say about 125-140 is healthy but you should talk to your doc about it really!!!!
