Human, for the same reason as you stated. A machine can only be as smart as its creator.

through fact of this Isaac Asimov got here up with the three regulations of robotics that each and each robotic: a million. A robotic would possibly no longer injure someone or, by way of state of no interest, enable someone to come again to injury. 2. A robotic ought to obey orders given it via people different than the place such orders might conflict with the 1st regulation. 3.A robotic ought to guard its own existence as long as such risk-free practices does not conflict with the 1st or 2nd regulation. Failing that then save a good electro-magnet interior of attain. That'll end those pesky human killing robots (and Cyborgs - 0.5 cybernetic, 0.5 organic and organic).

Well you state a nice answer of us creating them in the first place. But now think of this, what of the majority that becomes dependant on machines and find themselves not able to do simple things they once were able to do before machines came along doing it for them. They are great, but they are also a slowing in progress of our mindset and social ways. We may be the creator, but we have to be careful on that dependancy we find ourselves having with even the most simple machine. Say toasters, refrigerators, coffee makers, microwaves... right there with just few little machines. How would people be if they did not have them? Now imagine on a grander scale and we will grow dependant on them as a society and nation.

well, i'd like to look at the definition of "smarter"

as far as i would imagine, to be "smart" you have to be able to understand many things - a broad range of information

being that a computer cannot "understand" what "knowledge" it might "possess" i would have to vote that the human is "smarter" than the robot

as well, a computer would only be able to pull the information that is specifically and correctly requested. that is, you need to know the question, in order to know the answer.

with people, you don't necessarily need a question to find an answer, as loose thoughts can stumble on their own discoveries

YOU ARE RIGHT!!!! ROBOTS ARE LIKE FOREST GUMP, THEY DO AS YOU ARE TOLD. THEY ARE PROGRAMMED FOR SPECIFIC TASKS. HUMANS ASK TOO MANY QUESTIONS.
