For an Adult at 5' 4" the recommended weight on the nutritional
chart , your weight should be 145lbs.(fact)

A child should be about 90-100lbs at the most.(my guess)

Take care. cut your meals in half. drink a lot of water. And be more active at school. Play more sports at P.E. it is a lot of fun.

I would say, depending on your body frame, you should be about 125-130 for a small frame, 130-135 for medium frame, and 135-140~ for a large frame.

How old are you though? Around 125-145 seems right to me. Exercising and eating right is the best thing, and also being comfortable and at peace with yourself. Confidence rules everything, girl!
