For an Adult at 5' 4" the recommended weight on the nutritional
chart , your weight should be 145lbs.(fact)
A child should be about 90-100lbs at the most.(my guess)
Take care. cut your meals in half. drink a lot of water. And be more active at school. Play more sports at P.E. it is a lot of fun.

I would say, depending on your body frame, you should be about 125-130 for a small frame, 130-135 for medium frame, and 135-140~ for a large frame.

How old are you though? Around 125-145 seems right to me. Exercising and eating right is the best thing, and also being comfortable and at peace with yourself. Confidence rules everything, girl!

well people tend to wiegh about 135lb but medical recommendation say about 114-150 keep in mind age matters to it depends on your age but this is for a basic adult

if i were you i would talk to my dac about it but i would say about 110-130 is healthy!!!
