If you have kids a mothers ring would be wonderful. If you want something really sentimental I think a mitzpah would be awesome. If you're not sure what that is it's a charm that has been broken in half that both of you wear on a chain. It has a sentimental saying on it. You can find it at most jewelry departments.

Here is something amazing and romantic you can do for her that she will remember forever and tell all her friends about.....
Set up a treasure hunt that will lead her all round the house and yard that will eventually lead her to the present. You can even include neighbors, friends or family that she must call to get the next clue.
A good hiding place for a diamond bracelet (hint, hint) is frozen in a chunk of ice (in the freezer) that she'll need to defrost without the use of warm water!
The clue's can be all kinds of romantic things that tell her how you appreciate her and love her.

You could take her for a ride to see the Christmas lights around your town,then stop and walk down a certain street that is really decorated,and then stop suddenly,get down on one knee and ask her to marry you all over again,and give her a new ring to celebrate the occassion.

I was talking to someone the other day and he had a great idea for his wife. He got her a nice wallet and filled it with giftcards to her favorite place to shop. You could also put in giftcards for a movie theater youre favorite resturant and a wine store...so then you guys could go out for a date night!

if you want it to be sentimental get her something that will remind her of an important day between you two - eg: a ring or necklace that compliments what you got her when you first met, etc etc.

just find somthing that means alot to her..you got kids ??? maybe a portrait of you and the kids...or make somthing, im sure if you give it some thought you will think of a gift that really says you love her..diamonds usually work well... it depends on what she likes
