What makes you think we have trouble getting dates? I had no problem, and neither do any of my mortician friends. Why do people think we are weird just because we work with the dead? Someone has got to do it and almost every funeral director I know is a wonderful, caring, compassionate person. Please stop adding to the stereotypes that are ridiculous on the first place!

How do you know that they do? Are you one of these people in this profession? I think if they are decent folks, they wouldn't have any more trouble than anyone else trying to get a date. They would have to be 'caring' person, or they wouldn't be able to perform their job. It seems like a very difficult job to have to do, day after day. Don't be too fast to judge people, even if they are the 'butt' end of a lot of jokes.

i could order the pizzas dropped at artwork and savour the different workers, of course leaving out the co-worker in question. Then we could do a candy victory dance mutually, mutually as she cried, huddled and pizza-much less interior the nook.

because they don't go out much, or because they're nocturnal?
Is this a riddle? Tell us the answer.
edit: oh I guess its not a riddle:
The job shouldn't matter, are you getting turned down for dates once you say what you job is? Maybe its your personality, not your job.

I couldn't say...it's just a job (and a pretty well paying one at that). I guess it just is the stigma.
