Could be a swim bladder problem. At times constipation can cause swim bladder issues, if so, feeding a couple pealed green peas can often help them. Many swim bladder problems however are difficult to recover from. If you google it you should find a lot of information in regards.
Hope that helps

If you bought them from Wal-Mart I wouldn't put it past them that they are already sick.. Those tanks are overcrowded as it is with the goldish particularly. They have a 48 hour fish thing.. which is 2 days.. since you bought them yesterday if they die, take them back and get 2 new fish.. I'd advise you read over some webpages about goldish and stock up on medicines for them just to have them on hand in case of emergency.. aquarium salt is a really good addition to new tanks..
Someone posted this to someone else yesterday over goldfish concerns.. it's a Goldfish Care Sheet.. here's the site, check it out..
http://www.thegab.org/Articles/GoldfishBasics.html
It has all about caring for them, diseases, medications that are suggested to have on hand.. I'd click all the links on the site and read on it then go from there about them.
