sorry mate but the no one has cracked a 3.2 downgrader yet. The highest firmware that is still downgradeable is 2.7. And the reason you would WANT to downgrade in firmware (to whoever asked that) is that your able to emulate systems, add more software, emulate psp games (using an iso player) and customize almost everything. And even if you downgrade, you can use DevHook, which temporarily upgrades the firmware to play games that require it to, but will actually stay 1.5 firmware.
goto psp.qj.net to keep updated on when they will have a 3.2 downgrader (though it wont be in the near future)

The highest version you can downgrade from I believe is 2.0 I wouldn't try doing it with some of these sites because it can "brick" your PSP and make it in operable for GOOD!
So yeah your stuck with 3.2 no emulators for you sorry. The best thing to do now is sell that thing on eBay and go to a gaming store and buy a used one with 2.0 or lower on it.

This is what you should have did get your PSP p to 2.7 and than u could have gotten this update to 3.2 so that everything that firmware offers you would have on your 2.7 while still being able to run emulators. So know just sit there and wait till someone cracks and 3.2 firmware
