Do you like making eye contact with people or do you have a hard time doing so?

That is something I am always proud to do. The eyes are the window to the soul and I am glad for anyone to see mine. ALWAYS watch out for people who can't do it. They may have something to hide.

Making eye contact is the best way of telling if someone is being honest. I always make eye contact, so I will know one way or the other.

If it's someone I know well then I make eye contact, but I have a hard time doing so with strangers.

I have to say that I have trouble doing so. I have nothing to hide but it strains me and I get uncomfortable when I have to look at someone to long, or hold eye contact for too long.
I know this is bad, because it is said that it's good to make eye contact when at work, and that if you can't make eye contact that you may be a liar, so I try in order to look honest and trustworthy.

I have a hard time making eye contact with people. I'm getting better though. I've realized I need to fix that because people thought I was weird. :-)
It just makes me uncomfortable or something.

Except, I can't make eye contact when I'm nervous or when I'm looking at somebody I like.

I like to make eye contact. If someone won't look you in the eye, they either have a self-esteem problem or they are guilty of something.
