Since you never stated what type computer you have, I can't tell you for sure. But most computer companies now have Forums that you can join for free and they have many people on them that will help you. There are others such as Tech support Guy and such that I belong to, but if you can find one that is specific to your computer it is better as none of us are familiar with every program and thing that everyone is running.

If you have Dell or HP, I know they have Chat support. They do not support older computers though....the support should be free. Go to their websites and go to the support links and look for chat connections...

There are plenty of IRC channels you can use to chat to computer experts. Grab an IRC client and you're away!
