Check the recycle bin. If it is not there you may be in trouble. Also, check in any emails that it may have been attached and redownload it if it is there. Also, if you JUST did it in Windows Explorer, go to Edit/Undo and it will undo the delete. Also, if you have any system backups, try to restore them. You may habe Windows backup enabled and it keeps backups of your files...Good luck....

Check the recycling bin and see if it is still there. If it is you can restore it. Otherwise, you may have lost it for good, unless your computer has a restore feature where you can back it up to an earlier date. Those are the only options that I know of. Good luck.

You need an undelete utility to recover the lost document. If your company has an IT department you will need to sweet talke someone into helping you. Or you can simply see if a back up exists somewhere, or try and remake the document. Good luck.
