Well is a TV deck so don't expect to win tournaments but is a good replica of joey deck.In my opinion GX Character Decks are easier to build and they are good,for example Jaiden deck is really easy to build and the E-Hero Mechanic can win games also Zane deck is a good option.
I would recommend you to use just a few cards of Joey Deck like Jinzo,Drop off,Alligator Sword,Time wizard and Baby Dragon combined with a Warrior Deck with Reinforcements of the Army and Commander Knight.

don't try to copy decks on tv, if havent realized, they dont use sakuretsu armor or gravity bind or cards like that , that why u think that heirs decks r good, otherwise they would keep losing
