You are signing his pay check. His salary comes out of your taxes. As for who signs his checks the whitehouse as their own accountant.

He gets paid by the barter system. Chickens, corn, apples,beef. all kinds of produce, some moonshine for parties.

The treasury.You and I pay,we also pay for all elected officials with our tax dollars.They get health care and retirement paid for by us.We don't.
