I have music for different moods. Songs that make me cry, make me happy, thoughtful, angry etc. This Woman's Work by Kate Bush always makes me cry as does The Same Deep Water As You by The Cure. Cat Stevens makes me go all reflective, Pantera suits my mood when I'm p issed off and Melanie safka can make feel all of these depending on what song she's singing. How about you guys?

NeoSoul music puts me in a very mellow relaxed mood. India Arie, Musiq, some Alicia Keys, Anthony Hamilton, Urban Mistic, Raphael Saadiq, D'Angelo, Jill Scott, Joss Stone, Maxwell you name it. I love Can't wait by Sleepy Brown.

I relax and unwind with Govi.

This California-based guitarist was actually born in Germany. His inspiration and style are similar to that of another German immigrant, Deuter, who co-produced and performed on Govi's debut album Sky High. Like Deuter, Govi spent a number of years living and studying in India, where he added sitar to his vocabulary of acoustic and electric guitars, mandola, and cello.Govi's music gained in popularity in the 1990s, with the expansion of peoples awareness of world music and a renewed passion for flamenco, spawning new age hit albums like Andalusian Nights and Passion and Grace. His music is a gentle, melodious combination of influences from around the world.

Anything besides positive music is a fool's errand to listen to. Why on earth would someone choose to be unhappy, or angry when they could be happy or calm.
