Go out with him.
Act like yourself.
He'll most likely lose interest.

Just be honest and tell him that you don't appreciate getting calls at all hours of the night and that you would really like it if he would listen to what you're saying and stop calling you. If he doesn't take it seriously, just say "well, one of the reasons I'm not interested in you is that you don't respect what I'm telling you. I said NO. If you call again tomorrow, it'll still be NO. Stop. " And hang up. Then stop taking the calls. Good luck.

ive had that happen to me before. you should seriously talk to him t make him understand that you dont want to go out with him but dont be too harsh. just to make it clear. and if that doesnt work then you should try to avoid him as much as possible or either help him move on and find him someone else to like or do something in a way that he wont like you anymore and you wont be bothered.

In the eyes of the law, he has become a stalker. Tell him if he does not quit calling, you will report him to the police and have him arrested.

Go out with him. He may be one heck of a good guy, it takes a lot of guts to be that persistant. The two guys I fell the most in love with I literally could not stand in the beginning, byt ended up madly in love before I knew it.

Report him to the human resources department...if this happens at work technically it's sexual harrassment. Put it in writing and keep a copy. If they allow it to continue find yourself a good lawyer because you can then sue them, for sexual harrassment, probably successfully.

How do you equate going a date with being boyfriend and female friend? yet once you've been talking to him, i'd basically ask him "why do you save asking me out when I save telling you no?

you could do numerous thing it all depends on if you want evil, hurtful, nice etc. because if you want to hurt him just hurt him like slapping him or if you wanna be nice you could just tell him no and (if you can get a bf) tell him that you already have a bf. or have your bf beat him up or rough him up a bit. whatever ya know!
