paint shop pro?

Question

I use paint shop pro, and every time i save something, it saves as (title).pspimage. instead of jpg, gif, etc.
then, i cant upload the picture anywhere (like photobucket) because of the file type.
is there any way i can convert the file type, or any other way i can fix this??

I haven't used the program in awhile, but i believe all you have to do once you click the save or save as button, is right under the file name where you put what you are naming your picture, you just click the drop down menu and scroll down to .jpg,.jpeg,.gif, etc.
