Have you ever heard of a great musician who has never produced a piece of music, or a great painter who has never painted anything, or a great singer who has not sang any song? No, it is impossible.
In the same way a Creator without a creation has no meaning. A Creator MUST have a creation otherwise he would not be a Creator.
A more mystical answer to your question would be these two quotes:
O SON OF MAN!
Veiled in My immemorial being and in the ancient eternity of My essence, I knew My love for thee; therefore I created thee, have engraved on thee Mine image and revealed to thee My beauty.
O SON OF MAN!
I loved thy creation, hence I created thee. Wherefore, do thou love Me, that I may name thy name and fill thy soul with the spirit of life.

God is the guy who created this universe and notice what Quran says approximately it ,Surat Al-Baqarah 2:163,164,a hundred sixty five And your god is one God. there is not any deity [worth of worship] different than Him, the fullyyt Merciful, the tremendously Merciful. certainly, in the creation of the heavens and earth, and the alternation of the evening and the day, and the [great] ships which sail during the sea with that which advantages human beings, and what Allah has sent down from the heavens of rain, giving existence thereby to the earth after its lifelessness and dispersing therein each [type of] shifting creature, and [His] directing of the winds and the clouds controlled between the heaven and the earth are indications for a people who use reason. And [yet], between the human beings are people who take different than Allah as equals [to Him]. They love them as they [would desire to] love Allah .

Everything in the universe -- including us as humans and our perceptions, relations, and understanding of the world -- is created for the beauty of the interaction.
Whether through the arts, science, or nature, what gives life its meaning is the interconnected harmony between the parts and the whole. That is the beauty and the mystery of life and the design of the creation.
As you marvel at things in the world, and how people perceive and relate to them, you can see the "parallels" -- how each person's world is like a microcosm of the universe, and how collectively the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.
When the Bible says we are created in God's image, so is everything that we look at, perceive and define. We divide forces in nature and the spiritual energy within ourselves between pro-active/"Male" and passive/"Female," and all the relationships in life reflect either this same balance, or the power struggle between forces to reach a balance, whether we call it "chaos and order" or "good vs. evil" or "yin and yang."
All the religions, sciences, and languages we use today are a reflection of our understanding of relationships in and to the world, as well as our process of developing more inclusive systems that encompass more knowledge.
The more we seek to understand, the more we see the intricate, intelligent design behind the creation and the people in it, that we were made to explore and understand the world in order to better understand ourselves.

We like to think of ourselves as separate from the universe and not a part of it. We will never be able to find an answer, other than conjecture, unless we can physically stand outside of the universe and look in. We may seemingly come close to an answer, but the answer will always elude us.

OK, so the universe needs a creator? why? if you assume that all things need a creator, what created the creator? Logic requires no exemptions for personal preference.
Who: God
What: Supreme Being
Why: bored
Who: creator of god
What: supremer being
why: created bored
Who: creator of creator of god
What: supremerer being
why: created the creation of creating bored.
so on and so forth.
Its best not to wonder about questions to which you'll never have an answer

Romans 1-19/21, states all things from creation have been shown all there is to know of God even unto the eternal power and Godhead, and that we did not appreciate God. all things are but God dividing himself into duality, expressing the allness of himself. WE were created from unconditional love and will eventually return from whence we came. From the human point of view life is a spiritual College, everyone must obtain a PHD in Spirituallity.

Jesus Christ, under the direction of God the Father, Created this universe. It was created for the sole purpose of man to fufill the work of the Lord. Moses 1:39 reads "For this is my work and my glory to bring to pass the immortality and eternal life of man". AND the person whos user name is "U DIDNT SEE ANYTHING" IS ON ACID to believe the nonsense of a tiny rotating ball that just formed out of nowhere, doesnt make SENSE.
