Assuming that you're not talking about children's boots (in which case, they don't care), juniors or ladies normally like to get shoes or boots in brown and/or black to match the most outfits. If you wear a lot of blue and are buying a third pair, navy would be the best option for a third color, but definitely go for black and brown first.

To be honest, I would never buy a pair of navy blue boots. I suggest you get either black or brown, these two colors match with everything.

i wouldnt say it would. i brought a navy blue shirt couple days ago and im having a really hard time matching it with pants or jeans.

yes. they are almost black and black matches with everything. but black is boring, so navy blue adds a touch of color without being way to colorful or way to boring.

female informal, i placed on denims alot yet style of gown it up with a intense high quality perfect. i admire bows too.I placed on apartments, boots(i dont be attentive to what style), autos, talk and sperrys. i admire pink, white, blue, gray, black, and in specific circumstances different neon hues.
