The cheapest way is to jump off a tall building. When Superman saves you, strike up a conversation. Slip in "Oh btw, can you really crush a piece of coal into a diamond? I'd sure like to see that." Get one of those cheapo gold painted rings that cost 99 cents, and glue them together. Presto!
P.S. It would be better if the building was in Metropolis.

First of all, why do you need it?? A wedding or a gift for a friend. If it is for a wedding then get one at sears. they have some good deals. if it's for a friend then get one at a garage sale!!! :)!! LOL!!!
