You just need some wireless internet. I use a router, but you can also use most wireless internets in a Computer Caffe (Or whatever they're called).

no, the psp comes with in built internet access, you just need a wifi spot rather at home or out and about, but you can access the internet just like a laptop with the wifi, no need to buy any accesories

No, PSP has built in WiFi already. You get a new version of firmware and it adds an internet browser. Just hook it up to your wireless internet connection. IE: your wifi router.
