You cannot quickly sober up. You will feel awful the next day as you are not used to drinking and won't realize how much drink you are putting down your throat. You then may have a black out and wake up in hospital or get assaulted violently. Enjoy the party without drinking that stuff. It is only recently that the dangers of alcohol have been highlighted. Before it was always the dangers of drugs but alcohol IS a drug. Don't touch alcohol, enjoy the party and you will feel well in the morning. Your parents will know you drank if you are sick the next day. Happy New Year

Get a designated driver, because if you're not used to drinking, even one drink will make you a lousy driver.
Then, what I do is carry around a beer bottle so it looks like I'm drinking, but I only have a couple of sips and that's it. No one really notices what you drink, since they're so busy with their own drinks and they're drunk anyway.
The other alternative is to have a "wine spritzer" which is a drink that's half white wine and half club soda.
If you don't drink much, alcohol probably won't taste good to you.
And keep this in mind: alcohol is loaded with calories. Wouldn't you rather spend your calories on dessert?
If you don't drink at the party, you don't have to worry about how to sober up!

Try getting pulled over, hiding an opened beer in your purse, and having the cop tell everyone to get out of the car. Then while he is standing there practically in you face the beer is going drip drip drip out of your purse and onto his shoe. That will at least make you do your best to act sober, and give you something to laugh about later. But that was a long time ago. When you got a warning. And I wasn't driving. But seriously. Eating is good and spacing your drinks out so you don't have too many for your weight and body capacity. Enjoy and be safe :)

Prevention is better than cure. Drink until you're merry and having a good time, but not until the room is spinning or you feel like throwing up.
We all go through the stage of drinking too much when we reach the age where we're allowed to drink, only realising later that we would have had a much better time if we hadn't drunk so much. Its no fun spending your time at a party with your head down the toilet 'talking to ralph and hughey on the great white telephone'.
If you over-do it, drink a pint of water at night and get lots of sleep.

There is no quick way, trust me. There are ways to avoid the effects though. If you have mixed drinks, use diet soda if available as a mixer as the sugar in regular soda acts an accelerant for the alcohol to hit your bloodstream. Also have a glass of water between each drink, it will slow you down a bit. Oh yeah, ate eat something before your first drink.
"Chaser" pills work to avoid the hangover. I didn't believe their ads until a friend gave me a couple before a bachelor party.
Good luck!

Mix only a little booze in your drink. 1/4- 1/2 oz.
You should be having a bootle of water between drinks, that way you won't get dehydrated and feel it.. Do not drink to get drunk,,, not a good idea....
Have one and nurse it during the evening... Pour a virgin drink(no liquor) and no one will know.....
I f you go overboard you might do something foolish, (get ina car with a drunk driver, get with a guy you don't know and make-out, say something stup or mean to someone, fall dwown a flight of stairs... Have a good time without pouring booze down your throat like a maniac...

There is no way. Trick number 1, get a beer or a drink and go into the bathroom and dump beer out, fill with water and drink water. Works great and so does not sub coming to peer pressure, stand up for yourself and be strong, you don't have to drink to be cool

There's no way to "sober up quickly". Your body can only metabolize alcohol at the rate of about one drink per hour, so if you have five drinks, it'll take five hours to get that booze out of your system.
Coffee will only make you a wide-awake drunk.
