It is a well-known school and has a great reputation for athletics, nursing, business and education in particular. It is a Christian school that participates in the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities and is fully accredited. While a Christian school where you can study theology, it is open to all students and has great bachelor's, masters and doctoral programs.
I have known several students who attended APU, as well as numerous employees. I believe the satisfaction of employees is a great indicator of the health of a school - and in that case, I highly recommend APU.

Mount Saint Mary's is placed in Emmitsburg, MD. basically north of Frederick. it really is a catholic college and seminary. i did not attend, yet i recognize some those who do. They take section interior the accellerated degree, so it really is somewhat different. they seem to easily like this system. Theology instructions are a call for through non secular historic past of the school. Emmittsburg is likewise close to Gettysburg PA, and about 1hr 15minutes from Baltimore, MD and Washington DC. there is not a lot to do round there. Frederick is a exceptionally sleepy city, too.

It is a very good Christian University. I know a couple of youth pastors that went there a few years ago and a young woman who is attending there right now. All have good things to say about it.
