why would an employer watch you at work?

I am being followed at work comming and going always watched. I have had no problems with my boss and never been questioned.

hey you think thats bad. management where i work can watch the cctv at work from the comfort of their own home. (via internet)

aah, to make sure you are doing what you are suppose to be doing. If you haven't done anything, you have nothing to worry about.
