Here in Britain he is known as 'Bliar' not the Great Persuader. That's why he has forced to say he will resign by next summer

I agree that when I listen to Tony Blair I still really want to believe in what he's saying but I no longer can because of Iraq. For me that was a huge betrayal. I was so confident he would not take Britain into an illegal war, so sure he'd see all the anti war marches and take note of what his electorate wanted and of course, as we all know, he didn't. It seems such a shame, TB has brought peace to Northern Ireland, which, up until 9/11, had been the Holy Grail (or poisoned chalice!) of British Politics - this could have been his legacy, but he blew it, big time and, as far as I'm concerned, for good.

It's hard to follow what Blair is saying. I'm always distracted by Bush's inability to keep his lips from moving when Tony's talking.

Blair and Bush should be hanged for being war criminals.
Nobody believes a word they say.
They're fundamentalists, lining their own pockets.
It's an outrage that democracy has stooped this low.

I no longer listen to him at all.

How can someone use so many words and say nothing?

Luckily the TV and Radio both have 'OFF' settings !

put your earplug on when you see Blair just about giving a speech , then you might be able to think straight again.

There is a sure and reliable way to know if you are an idiot and that is if you agree with TB.
