The better question is, do "gothic" people like anybody?

Of course. The only problem is when the Gothic person becomes confused and moves into the realm of the Cult. Fascination with suicide or murder is Not Gothic and is sick.

I love Gothic people. I consider myself Goth (based on my interests, the music I listen to, etc), but I don't usually dress the part.

I LOVE them....they are so cool....something about those days bring tears to my eyes.....who likes normal anyways...I love going into chat rooms or those web cam rooms like stickam.com to see them emo kids or Gothic looking people and look at them....I use to love dressing up with face paint all up in my face, we'd go around up to walmart..we even scared some folks in a neighborhood store where the crackheads hung out..which was really funny at the time..i loved hanging out with my kids....and their friends....i kept tabs on them....good kids....

I have no problem with Tess of the d'Ubervilles or Jane Eyre, but frankly Heathcliff gets on my nerves.

It depends. Just because the person is goth does not mean that the are cruel. If they are cruel, yes i hate them. If they are goth but nice people, why should we not like them?

Yes!!!! I like anybody as long as they are nice. Every Goth I ever met was super nice compared to other people!

I can certainly relate to old-school goths but new goths...They listen to lousy music!

uhm....kinda....coz sometimes i do think that they are pathetic....and for some reason i like them coz THEY CAN REALLY EXPRESSED THEIRSELVES and that's nice and amazing!
