I've ordered a real tune ringtone off the vodafone live website, but they have not sent me the song, or confirmed my order with a text etc.

That's happened to me but on another site, try as i may evan making contact with surplier lost my money, and no ring tone plus cost of calls moral of story I was the loser all round.......... and it was to help a charity!!

Have you looked to see if it's on your menu under ringtones? I had that happen too. Good luck.

go to complain part but wait at leat 24 hrs

Phone them up and complain and they should refund your money.
