I have enamel surface shower and it's more than 10 years old. There's no fan but there is a window. Clorox bleach product use to work, but not anymore. Surface now turns brown on contact with any strong bleach solution. I think the surface has worn down. Clorox customer support suggested using hydrogen peroxide, but it doesn't work.

If it's that old and nothing works, you may need to regrout. It may just be permanently stained.

Tilex mildew remover worked for me when nothing else would, but like I said, you may need to redo the grout in the shower unfortunately. Call local flooring companies for estimates. You can find companies through bbb.org.
