It is an inter-library loan system (ILL - Inter Library Loan) which allows for books, articles, chapters, videotapes, etc. housed at one library to be borrowed from another library. So if you want a book that is not available at your home library, the librarian can check with the ILLiad system to see if it is available at another library in the system and get it for you that way.
