are you talking about after shaving it still looks dark, almost like the hairs are still there but in your skin (can't feel them). If so this is caused by to much shaving or using a dull or poor razor. Use shaving cream on your pits, only one stoke on each section and always use a sharp razor. Don't do it everyday.

Get one of those bath mittens that u can scrub with and the patch should disappear gradually.

If you are talking about the skin discoloration under your arms, you might need to see a doctor. I have dark discoloration under my arms. My doctor said that along with the darkening under my breast and on my neck are tell-tell signs for insulin resistance. And if not treated can lead to diabetes. I would tell you to got see the doctor. Maybe its not this and she could direct you to what you need to do.

Hair? You can shave, but make sure you use Shaving Gel. Or you can wax, but it hurts alot.
