So far we've seen no verifiable evidence of other sentient species. That said, I believe with some certainty that somewhere in our galaxy at some past, present, or future time, a sentient species did/does/will exist.
Why haven't we heard from them?
Perhaps they are not technologically advanced enough to be heard. They may be mastering stone knives right now, or experiencing their own Rennaisance.
Perhaps they are here right now. Any species sufficiently advanced to travel interstellar distances would be able to hide or masquerade with ease. That Boeing 737 that just flew by may be a surveillance craft.
Perhaps they are so far away they will never notice us and vice versa.
Perhaps they existed a million years ago and died out.
Perhaps they will exist a million years from now.
It is really impossible to know for sure.
The Drake Equation suggests that there is sentient life out there. The Fermi Paradox casts doubt. Play around with the calculation form at the second link and see what you think.

I believe there are other planets inhabited with differents types of life. Although I've been reading KABBALAH material for the last 3 months, it says that there's no other life in the univers except on our planet. I don't know if to believe that, because there are explanations to that subject in the kabbalah. it claims that god created life only on earth, that every "alien" that a person claims to see or meet, is actually a ghost, sent by the devil.
I think otherwise.. Maybe humanity will never get a chance to find another planet inhabited with intelligent life, or creatures like humans, or even sorts of animals or microbes.. I think this is what god wants, that we will never find the true answer, because if we will, it will make religious people crazy, and they will stop believing in god, and it will be a total mess betwin religions.
But this alien stuff can now remain only in our science-fiction books and movies, because humanity still doesn't have a powerful technology to seek for other solar systems like ours..
However, there are places on earth that proves once more that it has been visited by unhuman sources, leaving evidence that has no explanation.
But here is something for you to think about: Our sun is not the only "sun" in the univers. There are millions of stars like our sun. That means that there might be planets circuling around them, but we can't see them because of the enormous light that blures even those who watches through a powerful telescope.
And also, conditions of a planet that may have life on it is very rare. It looks like someone posed our planet earth exactly in the right spot: Not too close and not too far from the sun. if it was closer, it would be too hot on earth. If farer, too cold.
So the chance to find a similar planet, placed in an exact spot from the sun, to have life on it, is very rare. Maybe there are, maybe we will never get a chance to find it out.

It's not about whether they exist. It's about whether they have the ability to find our tiny little planet in the vastness of outer space. I compare Earth's position in the universe to a grain of sand on the beach. Your job as an intelligent species on the beach is to find a single specific grain or grains of sand that represent intelligent life on other planets. There's so many lifeless planets to search through that without sufficient technology no one has the time to sift through them all.
I believe there is intelligent life out there. The technology that could be utilized to find them is well beyond our understanding. Until we're able to make that breakthrough, we're stuck checking one grain of sand at a time.

Well its kinda of a yes-no question. If you are a Christian, why would God create such a big universe and only have life on a speck of a rock we call Earth??
I dont beleive there is any other life in OUR solar system but somewhere out there I do think that life might be there.

Probably.
Bear in mind though that they're probably nowhere near us and alien life could mean alien mold.
The universe is so huge though that I doubt there's anthropoid aliens hovering around abduction us.

They probally do exist. Except they probally don't look like the ones you see in cartoons. the chances of them existing are probally really high since space is huge. But I don't think they're planning world domination.

Do you think it is actually possible that we could be the only life that exists? Yes, I believe there is life out there somewhere.

Do birds fly,it would be ignorant to surmise we are the only ones.
The question is,would they want to play with the ignorant little kids on the block.
Chances are they would just fly by,to dangerous to play with them.
