i'm trying to reset the odometer... not the one where it's shows the life of your car and the trip mileage... the screen shows how you many miles you've gone since you last filled your tank and shows the digital speedometer. i don't know where the handbook is. my husband usually does this.. it says hold the reset button for 3 seconds but i'm not sure if that will erase the trip mileage too.. i also don't know where the reset button is.

LOL@ under the seat. hold the reset button it wont erase the trip mileage unless you are on that screen

You just push the button once, it is right next to the odometer.
Do not turn it.
Do not worry, it will not do anything to the original miles although a lot of car dealers wish it was that easy to set the odometer back!

no it is not under the seat......it is that black turning knob...u need to press it in the trip odometer mode then turn it...that how it works for my c...class
can u answer my question.......on your c class in map mode do u get the road name u are traveling on in the bottom..if so how..
