i am a single mother for all my life i love my son i was working for 2005 i get unempolyment in 2006 and i am looking for a new job now my qustion is why people do not when empolyee looking for people or you see the help wented sing and you go to them and then them say i do not need work but not yet them put up help wented sing that i do not under stay at all if you looking for help i will thing you will like that person to help you out.and to work full time or part time to.

Sorry, but your question cannot be understood.... But the answer is simple - people are lazy in America. Everyone wants something for free. And, if youre asking about the employers, its because people are generally biased as well, and only want to hire certain races.

Please rewrite your question and check your spelling. It's hard to understand. I'm guessing that you are asking why people with signs of help wanted in the store say they don't have jobs available? Next time that happens, point to the sign and ask them why it's there.
