Download GoogleEarth (free) from http://earth.google.com and install on your system (connected to the internet). You will start from the Globe - and you can zoom into your country, then to the state, and so on till your locality. With the "free" googleEarth access, you can perhaps locate your house too. If you need a better resolution images, you will have to be a paid subscriber.

yahoo has a program, that's free to download called Yahoo World. You can type in any location and zoom in on it. It works really good, yes, I've tried it myself. Check it out!

Type in your home address. You have to pay on most of them to get down to see close up and it is not cheap for the pro version
