Is the GA Green Lantern cooler than the GA Flash?

Green Lantern is way cooler with that ring. He had a lot more power to deal with the bad guys of the universe.

I'm going with Green Lantern. The ring gave both writers and artists many creative options when coming up with stories - ways to challenge GL, and ways for him to overcome those challenges. While super-speed is a cool power, having a ring that can do just about anything (as long as there wasn't any wood around!) usually trumps running real fast. ;)
