I like what Vandy said. I used to make fat jokes with reckless abandon until I got fat:) It was fun being fat at first, but now it is a pain in the a** trying to get skinny again. I think she should watch herself. She is working for a show on a major network and she should know that type of talk would be offensive. For someone who supports minority viewpoints, especially in the homosexual community, she needs to be respectful to all peoples. In this instance, she could dish it, but not take it. A week earlier she accused Kelly Ripa of making a homophobic comment, when it was fairly clear that it had not been one. She rationalized her viewpoint by saying it was just her opinion as a gay female. So when a Chinese individual replies that from their perspective as a Chinese individual, she offended them, then she should politely apologize and shut up. She sounds like a nice person, and I think if she would just go and workout, then maybe she could raise her endorphin levels and be much happier.
