The skirt that's too short. I mean, think about it. It's only a cultural thing that says girls have to wear shirts because of what we've got up there. Quite a few cultures, in the incredibly hot areas of the world, they say it's too hot to be all modest about it, and just wear the skirts. Pretty much every culture, though, wears some kind of something there, so without one you're just against almost every culture's rules.

I think that what I find most unacceptable is half-shirts, belly ring, low-rise jeans, underwear hanging out and she's serving food! I love wearing short skirts and have never found it offensive unless thier junk was actually showing!

I'll have to go with the skirt, once I saw a girl whose skirt was so short you could see her pubic hairs, I guess she didn't wax!

hmmm well id say a revealing top thats way too low, because you can always wear leggings or tights with a mini skirt right?

I think really short skirts are inapropriate, especially when peopple dress their kids in them.
