I have received quotes from printing companies, and have agreed on a budget.
I have completed the rough draft of the training document with Pat assistance, and I will forward a copy to the sale staff. With completion of the training document, I can now concentrate my efforts toward other documents that are necessary (booklets, posters, information documents…) All revisions will be done in week 3, so that it can be ready for week 5-6. Pat will be a vital recourse in this. Documents need to be finalized so that they could be sent out for printing. This should be done by the end of the week. Pat will devote all 12 hours to this task, since Pat will be on vacation in weeks 6 & 7 – thus all major documents must be set. I will evaluate the documents and have them ready to be printed in week 5 .Terry has been working on the display, and I will ask Terry to put together a “mock” display – exactly how it would look during the sales show. This way, I can evaluate what the display looks like, if it is missing anything, if things can be improved. I will also ask my boss’s opinion on this matter since the display is critical to our success. I will also begin to asses transportation companies to see how much it would cost to ship the products.

Make it into a short introductory paragraph with a list below it. Listing everything in paragraph form makes it very difficult to read. Or, at least break it into several small paragraphs.

I have received quotes from some printing companies, and a budget has been agreed upon. The rough draft of the training document, with Pat’s assistance, has been completed and a copy will be forwarded to the sales staff. With completion of the training document, my efforts can now be concentrated towards other documents that are necessary, like booklets, posters, or information documents. All revisions will be done in week 3, so that they can be ready for week 5-6. Pat will be a vital recourse in this process. All documents need to be finalized so that they can get sent out for printing. This should be done by the end of the week. Pat will devote all 12 hours to this task, since Pat will be on vacation in weeks 6 & 7. Because of this, all major documents must be set as soon as possible. I will evaluate the documents and have them ready to be printed in week 5. Terry has been working on the display, and will be asked to put together a mock display. This way it can be evaluated on the appearance, missing items, and improvements, prior to printing. My boss’s opinion on this matter will be asked of, since the display is critical to our success. The next task is to research shipping costs, which I will begin shortly.

hi there! just gone through this myself. btw, corrections are in capitals.

I have received A NUMBER of quotes from VARIOUS printing companies, IN ADDITION TO HAVING ALSO agreed on a SUITABLE budget. THUS, i completed the rough draft of the training document, with a LITTLE HELP FROM Pat AND i will shortly forward a copy OF THIS to the sale staff. with completion of the training document, i AM now ABLE TO concerntrate ON my efforts TOWARDS THE REMAINING documents that are neccessary (booklets, posters, information documents etc...). All THESE revisions will be done in week 3, so that it can be ready for week 5-6. Pat will be a vital RESOURCE DURING this PART. Dicuments WILL need to be finalised so that they WOULD be sent out for printing AFTERWARDS. This should be done by the end of the week. Pat will BE DEVOTING all OF HER 12 hours to this course, SEEING AS Pat will be on vacation in weeks 6 & 7, thus all major documents must be COMPLETED. I will BE EVALUATING the documents and have them ready SO THAT they are ready FOR THEM to be printed in week 5. Terry has been working on the display, and I will ask Terry to put together a 'mock' display- JUST AS IT WOULD LOOK during the sales show. That way, I can evaluate the LOOK and APPEARANCE of the display AND SEE WHETHER it is missing anything and if things can be improved. I will also ask FOR my boss/manager's opinion, IN REGARDS to this matter, since the display is a critical PART to our success. I would also be ASSESSING the VARIOUS transportion companies JUST TO FIND OUT how much it would cost to DELIVER the GOODS.

Everything dealing with Pat needs to be together, everything dealing with Terry needs to be together, the time line needs to be together and in order of weeks. Everything you are doing needs to be together. To be honest this would be much more understandable in two separate paragraphs, one with the time line, One with the responsibilities.
