Jesus was crusified on the cross for our own sins. Buddha has suffered also. In the history, many people has suffered because some other smart people succeed because of suffering of others.
For example, one may love some girl but because of his mistakes some other will get such girl almost without any efford. Or, one may invest his money in bussiness and some other may steal such bussiness that was originally developed by the first person. Or some person may be blamed although his sin is not greater than the sins of others but others smartly appear as saints.
In all history of humankind, one thing remains: the pioneers suffer more because the others wait for the misfortune of the pioneers to gain their lot without or with less suffering. Why?

Hi there. Bad news on this, there is no justice in this life. We try our best (most of us) and attempt to do what we can. As a christian, I follow the path of Christ as much as I can but there is no certainty in this world. the only person who will know or care what you have done is YOU, so you must develop your own sense of honour and what is right and follow it. The rewards will come in time, and more after death, but this is little comfort i know. Do your best.

Things happen. Then we make up narratives to tie the pieces altogether into an organized story.
Quite often those stories involve blaming other people for the unpleasant things we experience. Those people are the scapegoats.

Because Human Nature wants to Suceed, And how better to Suceed then on the backs of the Lower Classes?
it is the Curse of Man to Want better, But not Want to Work for Better, Therefore we find "Alternate" routes, AKA Slaves, illegal Workers, Messaiahs.
How better to Feel good about yourself then to knoe that You are Not going to suffer cause someone else did?
