just go to your add/remove programs under the control panel and uninstall it!

Google toolbar for internet explorer can be removed by going to add/remove programs and uninstalling.

If you use firefox you need to uninstall it from tools --> addons.

it may not let you to uninstall is because is a hijack so what really need to do is, install spyware removing software such as Spyware doctor (you need to buy) or free software Spybot - Search & Destroy 1.4 located here http://www.spybot.info/en/download/index.html and give a full system scan. it will find all the spyware and can removed.

Go to settings, (in should appear in the toolbar itself), then "options", then "more" and then, disable the pop-up blocker or customize it as you wish.
