When presented with this kind of mindless nonsense, it's not difficult to feel smarter.
Atheism is not based on "faith." Faith is defined as:
a (1) : belief and trust in and loyalty to God (2) : belief in the traditional doctrines of a religion b (1) : firm belief in something for which there is no proof
Obviously, Atheism meets none of the criteria of a "religion," so your argument is false.
As to it being the responsibility of Atheists to prove the existence of god(s), you are again totally off base. It is not Atheists making ridiculous, unsupportable claims. The burden of proof is on you. You are the one who must prove that the planet is flat, that the Sun revolves around the Earth, that a bat is a species of bird and all the other scientific and historical "facts" your "faith" presents in direct contradiction to indisputable evidence to the contrary.
If I were to tell you that a duck can talk, you would rightly assume that I was some kind of crackpot unless I was able to produce a talking duck. My argument that you can't prove that a duck can't talk doesn't prove that it can.
By the way, the percentage of Conservative Atheists is about the same as the percentage of Conservatives in the general population. Not that you would have a clue as to what a Conservative is.

Yes, but I don't think it is just atheists. It is every religion that thinks it is superior. People think they are right and everybody else is wrong. Then they try to force their religious beliefs onto everybody else. Completely ignoring the fact that we all came from different backgrounds and have different beliefs.

I think that atheists find that the absence of a deity does not detract from their lives. This isn't a religion but rather a denial of theism. Many atheists feel that more people have died in the name of one deity or another, and this alone is sufficient to call into question the validity of theism.

And likewise, not having seen God is also an invalid reason for claiming he does exist. I think the wisest people claim agnosticism because, in truth, we have no solid proof either way.

Everyone thinks that they have the right way and are superior, thats human nature. I am not a Christian nor Jew nor Muslim, but I worship in my Traditional Native way. Which I find more honest than the aforementioned but I keep my mouth shut and let people believe what they want as long as they dont preach to me

First off, you can twist and manipulate the words all you want, but atheism is NOT a religion. Second, this is in the wrong section. You should take it to the Religion and Spirituality section.

Your assumption is incorrect.
You're suggesting that an absence of belief is the same as faith. However, I'd suggest that you believe there is no Santa Claus, no Easter Bunny, and no invisible panda hiding in the closet. Must you then claim that disbelief in these things is an article of faith?
Clearly not.
Indeed, the list of unprovable things each of us doesn't believe in is endless. Atheists just add one more item to that list.
To believe in something you must have evidence. To not believe, all you need is an absence of evidence.

If you say you do not know if god exists, you are AGNOSTIC
If you believe that god does not exist, you are ATHEIST.
NEITHER is a religion. And who cares...I have my faith, they don't have theirs...
