I thought you had to be at least 13 to post questions on here. Guess I was wrong.

No. Christmas in the begining was meant for celebration of Jesus's birthday. It should still be that way, except that somebody came up with the idea of Santa to make the holiday more interesting.(which to me is wrong) It is a holy holiday, but people made it into a commercialized holiday with Santa.(also, if Santa gives gifts to every kid around the world that is good, how come kids in places like Italy(I used to live there and they told me this) beleive in a good witch that fills their boots on Christmas eve.I know. Crazy. But doesn't that makes the idea of santa crazy too? And other religions don't even celebrate Christmas, so how can he give them gifts?.) I also saw my parents putting out gifts that said "from santa" when I was six. And flying reindeer?!Whatever happened to the true meaning of Christmas?

Of course! Anytime you go see or call an old relative, Santa is there. When you give your entire paycheck and bonus so that someone else has a great Christmas, Santa is there. When you read " Twas' the Night Before Christmas " to your children by the light of the tree, its Santa. Anywhere people show compassion, humility, charity, and good will this time of year it can all take the form of a jolly elf in red fur we call Santa ! Merry Cristmas!!

I believe in Santa. if there are any doubts have your friends read the letter which was sent by a little girl named Virginia to The New York Times Newspaper many years ago. Times have changed over the years but Santa has remained.
