Did the Smurfs have a secret cloning machine?

There were actually 3 females. Smurfette, Sassette and Nanny. Aparently smurfs were made through magic.

By nature, Smurfs are only male. A new Smurf was "born" every blue moon. The baby Smurf would just appear in the village (similar to how a stork leaves a baby on the doorstep). Smurfette and the few other female Smurfs were created by Gargamel, the main villain, in order to lure the other Smurfs.

As far as I can determine they were all delivered by stork (no, I'm serious). Baby Smurf was shown as delivered by unknown persons through a stork, so presumably they all got brought that way. Papa, being the eldest until Grandpa and Nanny came along, presumably raised all of them (how I don't know). Grandpa was likely the Papa Smurf of the villiage when the current Papa was younger though the series does not get into this.
If the village has been around a while the series doesn't mention what happened to previous generations of Smurfs (presumably they died, but you never know...).
I'm curious as to where Nanny Smurf came from as the only other two female Smurfs were shown to be created through magical means. As far as I know no female Smurf has ever been delivered.

She's not! They actually added another two female characters when they added the children and baby smurfs. Sassette and Nanny Smurfs at least in the American cartoon.

smurf were created by gargamel, the sorcerer with black robe who always try to catch smurfs back. and there are more female smurf than smurfette (smurfin in my language), there's the young female smurf with pink trousers and plaited hair. i don't know if there's more of those two.

smurfs are born of magic, not by means of sexual reproduction... all of the smurfs were over 100 years old before gargamel ever created smurfette...

Don’t be deceived by the humanoid form. Smurfs do not reproduce sexually. They animate fungi, and reproduce by fissioning their spores, like bacteria. Please refer to my other answers on this topic.
Note that Smurfs are related to the Jeep (Popeye) and the Shmoo (Li’l Abner.) They are edible, and delicious when fried to a light golden brown or broiled..

I'm not sure that this was ever addressed in the series, but it's my opinion that Mama Smurf died from exhaustion.

Weren´t the Smurfs all created by that evil scientist? I thought that he created them and that they had somehow escaped, which is why he´s always trying to capture them.
