Cental budjet of Govt.of Republic Of India for the year 2006-2007 is a draft prepared by the finance minister of the proposed revenue(income) and expenditure to be carrid out by the government duringthe year 2006-2007.

Total revenue : Rs. 4035 bn
Expediture : Rs. 6453 bn

budget is a methord allocating money and funds countrys growth and developments,its central govt budjet,state govts also has budjets for their own states,in central budjets indias govt allocates money and funds for entire india.
