My CP mouse is not showing up on tha screen and the letters are extra huge. How do i fix it?

This is really my friends computer and if she doesnt fix it quick, there are some christmas presents that wont be ordered!!!
HELP ME PLEEEEEEEEEEEEZZZ!!!!
