While the Indian giant squirrel (Ratufa indica) is the largest arboreal squirrel in the world, it only gets up to about 6 or 7 pounds.

The marmots (Genus Marmota) are also squirrels, but they are ground squirrels. Probably the most well known marmot is the woodchuck (Marmota monax), but there are a few species of marmot that can get to be about 20 pounds as adults! The long-tailed marmot (Marmota caudata) of Central Asia, and the Olympic marmot (Marmota olympus) of the Pacific Northwest both get to be about that size. But the biggest is probably the hoary marmot (Marmota caligata) which live in the Rocky Mountains from Alaska down to Idaho, Washington and Montana.
