how do i delete items i hav in the search bar?

if you mean in the drop down menu then just highlight what you want to delete and hit delete on your keyboard.

And it's not realy a search bar. It's an address barfor when you know the exact address of a web site. If you don't know the address you should use a search engine you'll get much better results.

The web browser Firefox does have a search bar right next to the address bar and you can have your coice of many different SEs to search from.

If your already using Firefox then tha answer to your question is a little different.

In firefox:
* Go to TOOLS
* Options
* Click the tab labeled History
*Click the "Clear History now" button
