Well, if you believe in fate, then no. Because the idea of fate is that you don't control your future.
However, if you're not a believer in fate, then you believe you have control over your own actions and then you can change or make whatever you want out of your future.
It all depends on your outlook.

yes and no. Imagine rail road tracks going from point A to point B. There are side tracks leading off the main track in both directions and then tracks off of those tracks. Farther on down the tracks one comes back to the main track and still farther, more join. There is a beginning and there is an end. Anything in between has to do with the choices you have made- some good and some bad. Our fate is to once be born and then to die- the beginning and the end of the tracks. What you do on this earth will determine what happens in the next life. Will you be doomed for eternity or will you be celebrating?

Yes and no. Since we all have choices in this world, yes we could change our fate by the choices that we would make. However how do we know what our fate is in order to change it. The way I understand it to put it kinda simple is our future is our fate, so since we don't know what the future holds how could we change it, and whose to say that the way it turned out was or wasn't the way it was supposed to be.

Fate exsist but so does free-will. Have you seen the movie the Butterfly Effect? That should answer this question. I don't think we will ever truly know where fate stops and free-will begins. Only God knows that answer.

However, I do believe you create your own reality.

Well if you were to say that you can't change your fate then that means that you know for sure what's gonna happen afterwards. Do you know exactly where you're gonna be next year? Hell, not next year how about tomorrow ? You never know. You can always control your fate because you don't ever know what's gonna happen next.

If you believe in fate you obviously can't change it because the change would already be planned out as well! WHAT???

Well of course!

We have profound control over our fates. We make our lives by the choices we make. We are not on auto-pilot letting things happen to us. Even choosing NOT to choose is a choice.

FATE--A FORCE PREDETERMINING EVENTS........BASICALLY THERE ARE ONLY 2 FORCES GOD OR SATAN ...SATAN IS CONSTANTLY TRYING TO HAVE YOU FAIL BY FALLING INTO PERPETUAL SIN THRU HIS TEMPTATIONS , HOPING YOU WILL BITE AND THEN IT'S JUST A MATTER OF TIME AND HE CAN CLAIM YOUR SOUL FOR HELL IN ALL ETERNITY ...THIS WILL HAPPEN IF YOU FEEL THAT YOU HAVE NO CONTROL OVER ANY CONDUCT...FATE IS ALWAYS THOUGHT OF IN CLANDESTINE(NEGATIVE LEANING) TERMS ..IN REALITY YOU GIVE UP ANY INDIVIDUAL CONTROL AND FATE,SATAN,WILLTAKE CONTROL AND AS A DUMB OX LED TO SLAUGHTER, YOU ARE SHAPED AND MOLDED ON A PATH TO DESTRUCTION....BECAUSE SOME IDIOT TOLD YOU & YOU BELIEVED IT'S FATE..ONLY IF YOU GIVE UP IN HAVING YOUR OWN DETERMINATION OF YOUR FUTURE IS IT FATE.........

As you don't know what your fate is... I don't see how you could change it.

I think what he meant is that you can change your present life...
