I'm not sure Bush has a deep understanding about anything. That is the biggest problem with our foreign policy, we don't have a deep understanding because it's mostly driven by short term goals. Viet Nam, Croatia, and now Iraq are good examples of not having a deep understanding of what we were up against.

Bush understands that his daddy is making millions and millions from his policies and that he(w) will be inheriting many of those millions.
