zone alarm firewall?

i have installed zone alarm personal firewall..............but now i cannot access their website zonelabs.com(its needed for updates).....the website never opens..........all other websites work fine..........am confused.......

Configure Ur firewall 4 exeptions and allow zonelabs.com.

look around and find an update button. you probably don't have to go to their website.
