It's not about the sex... it's about the power!

Yes but he is obviously Hispanic so he is automatically biased in terms of illegal immigration. The fact remains that the first thing that 'they' do here is in fact illegal- meaning not legal or against the laws of the United States. My parents took the time to immigrate from Canada via Europe after the second world war. They learned the language within a year or less and flourished deciding not to be an underclass which is the fate of so many who ignore the laws and customs of their adopted land. I don't mean to be harsh but this is often the way that illegal immigration is perceived by Americans. Certainly they have been accommodated far better than my parents were at the time.

Well, lets look at this logically. Once you have welcomed the Burglar into your home by initiating the sex act, that person is no longer a burglar, but in actuality becomes the victim. You may want to try another tactic.

I know rape is about the power and control over the victim. However, this is a weird question and I don't think it's legal by any standards. You would go to jail and he will get your house. So, my advice, is keep it in your pants and just call 911.

You would end up in more trouble than the burgler as per usual in England the law is on the burglar's side. Everyone assumes that an intruder in your house is automatically 'only' there to burgle you but how can you possibly know why they are in your home? You don't know in that split second whether they have come to rape or murder you, if they are a psycho or high on drugs. The law says you are only allowed to use reasonable force, and reasonable force is always determined from the 'intruder's' point of view.

you could always use the`he pushed back`excuse which makes you neither a gay or a rapist in court. no seriously i have no idea ,but if you catch the burglar and decide on this course of action ,make sure you get a photo of him smiling as you unleash your fury ,it`ll make sentencing easier lol

You can't possibly be that stupid. He/she commits a crime against you so you get revenge by commiting a crime against them. Real dumb. The burgler might get arrested for the attempted burglary but you will be arrested for the forcible rape. Since the first crime was a misdemeanor, unless weapons were involved, and yours was a felony, guess who is spending the most time in prison.
Grow up and act responsibly. Call 911 and if you can safely apprehend the burglar, then okay, but generally you should not interfere until after the police arrive and take the person into custody.

I think it depends on the state. I know here in VT it's encouraged... HA - Joke people.
Actually here in VT, it is OK to kill someone if they break into your home. Of course here we beleive that not only is it your right to own and bear arms, it's your duty as a citizen!!
